A Note About Handcrafted Items

NannyGramsTM are handcrafted with care in New England. There may be slight variations in sizing/shaping/or minor details because each item is made one at a time. We think these variations help make NannyGramsTM unique -- we don't view them as defects and hope you won't either!

Gift Wrap

Each NannyGramTM is wrapped in our distinctive gift packaging -- nestled in tissue paper in a premium two-piece gift box, tied up with a grosgrain bow. No additional cost for this service ... an heirloom gift should be beautifully presented!

Payment

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Payments are securely processed via SecureNet shopping cart and LinkPoint merchant services. Your credit card is not charged until your order ships. Charges will appear on your credit statement under the name MARY FLAHERTY.

Shipping & Order Status


Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (except holidays) and ship within 48 hours of receipt. We use US Postal Service and you have the option at check-out to select either Priority or Express delivery. Priority shipments are usually delivered 2-3 days from the date we process your order; Express shipments are usually available for next day delivery from the date we process your order. Thus:
PRIORITY:
2 days to process order + 2-3 days shipping time = order delivered in 4-5 business days
EXPRESS:
2 days to process order + 1-2 days shipping time = order delivered in 3-4 business days

If you need to RUSH an order, please email us, we may be able to get an order out even sooner. RUSH service, when available, carries an additional $25 fee.

Return/Exchange

We want you to love your NannyGramTM, so we will happily exchange or refund your order within 15 days of purchase if any of our merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations. Just return it within 15 days of the date of receipt and in its original condition, unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original NannyGramTM sales receipt. Please write on the receipt the reason for your return, or, if you prefer to make an exchange instead, which item you are requesting in exchange. For refunds, we will credit the purchase price (excluding shipping) to the credit card on which your order was originally charged. To request a refund or exchange, please send an email to info@nannygram.com.
